Bojnurd
In April 2024, I journeyed to Bojnurd, the provincial capital of North Khorasan in Iran. Bojnurd offers a unique blend of cultural richness, natural beauty, and historical significance. The city is renowned for its diverse ethnic communities, including Kurds, Turkmens, Persians, and Azeris, which contribute to its vibrant cultural tapestry. Visitors can explore captivating sites such as the ancient Firoozjah Castle and the traditional bazaar, where local handicrafts and delicacies are available.
